Parque de la Costa - diversion segura!

With temperatures hitting 90 degrees on both days last weekend, I decided it was time to make a visit to the local amusement park, Parque de la Costa. It's the largest amusement park in South America and is a smaller version of one of the Six Flags parks that are scattered around the USA. It's just a 45 minute train ride (that costs 2.2 pesos - about 60 cents) roundtrip and I splurged for a year-long pass for a whopping 100 pesos (30 dollars), so any weekend/holiday there is nice weather, I can visit. There are water rides as well and, since Buenos Aires does not have many public swimming pools, I can get my dose of cold water there!
