Photos from Museum Night

With more than 120 museums open until 2:00 last Saturday, I only had time to see four. I started in San Telmo at the City Museum, where there were tango dancers performing outside. After that, I walked to Plaza de Mayo and went into the Cabildo, which besides being one of the most famous colonial churches in Buenos Aires, is also a museum. From there, I hopped on a colectivo and headed to Recoleta and the Belle Artes museum. At 1:30am, I quickly walked the ten blocks to the Palacio de las Aguas Corrientes where inside is a musuem dedicated to toilets. Since the water palace was just a block from my apartment, the journey home to bed was short and sweet.
