Travel & Leisure magazine today issued its annual "Best Cities in the World" results and, disappointingly, Buenos Aires fell from 2nd in 2008 to 4th in 2009. The top city was Udaipur, India, followed by Cape Town and Bangkok - two of my other favorite cities I've been to. New York City ranked #8 for the 2nd year. Click here to see the full results.
