Wineries throughout the city were on full display this weekend. At Hotel Aconcagua, near Plaza Independencia, Familiar Zuccardi - a large local producer of wines - provided guests with a dancing performance, wine tasting, and an opportunity for those brave (or foolish) enough to help them make wine like they did in the old days.
