In December, I escaped Buenos Aires for a few weeks and returned to Peru, a favorite country of mine. While there, besides taking in the amazing cuisine and sipping Pisco Sours, I explored the U.N. World Heritage sites of Cusco and the Sacred Valley, where I wandered through pre-Inca ruins both on foot and on a 4x4. I also took some time to visit Lunahuana where I had the opportunity to white water raft in Level 4 rapids!
