A new Web site with over seven million viewers a month (sort of like an online GQ), polled its readers and asked them to choose the city they would most like to live in based on eight lifestyle qualities (liveability, sports & entertainment, culture, fashion, health, power & money, dating & sex, and the good life).Not only did Buenos Aires make the list of the top cities in the world to live in (it was #13), but it beat out other cities including Melbourne, Australia, Cape Town, Los Angeles, Montreal, Madrid, Vienna, Tokyo, Toronto, Miami, and Santiago, Chile. For the life of me, Chicago was #1?
