Today was the last day of winter (invierno) in Argentina and tomorrow marks the first day of spring (primavera). To celebrate the arrival of spring, I went to Parque de la Costa with a friend today. I wrote about Parque de la Costa in a post last year - this is South America's largest amusement park, similar to a Six Flags in the US. It's less than 10 dollars for admission to all the rides and it's nice to get away from the city and visit the delta (the town name is Tigre and it sits along the delta of the river). This was also the first time I have had my photo snapped with my new (back to the basics) haircut.
